To achieve maximum customizability we had to implement a "Just in Time Manufacturing" approach where all products are manufactured when you order them. This allows us to have thousands of varieties of sizes and colors without the risk of maintaining a large inventory. To achieve this we use Stereolithography 3d Printing with Biocompatibles(ISO STANDARD 10993 Certified) Medical grade resins. This allows us to safely manufacture a wide variety of sizes and varieties that other companies can not compete on.
