Measurements- To ensure the best fit pay very close attention to measurements. We are always happy to make half sizes or custom fits on any dimension. Just select custom for Distance/Gap and let us know what dimensions you would like. 

Distance is measured from the base of ring(where the ring makes contact with your pelvic bone. Gap is measured from the bottom loop of the cage to the inside of the bottom of ring. As a general rule if your testicles remain up tight to body you should use a standard or looser gap, if they hang low use a tighter gap. Remember if it is to big of a gap your more likely to be able to slip out.
