Measurements: 

Head diameter is the outer diameter of the ring which holds the head. Bulb size is the size of the protrusion which aligns and prevents the closure of the urethral opening under compression. 

Position is relative to the rim of the device to the base of the ring. Negative means it is pushing back behind the base of ring. Positive means the device will be forward of base of the ring. 

The flare size is the bump along the body which helps create a seal with the excess skin as the head is recessed back into body.
